The incumbent will ensure business growth through directing new sources of Income for the organization and ensure business activities are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
Grow the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical leads conversion.
Create new avenues of revenue generation for the organization.
Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities.
Manage, retain relationships with existing clients and Increase client base.
Proactively identify, develop, and drive long-term strategies and initiatives that will result in profitable growth.
Take ownership of opportunities which management deems strategic and important.
Ensure seamless execution of new business opportunities.
Drive market analysis and research to identify trends, needs, competition and new opportunities.
